Refund Policy

This policy describes the refund conditions for SUAR services (suardot.com), operated by AQM BD PTE LTD.

Free Trial

SUAR offers a free plan that allows you to try the service before subscribing to any paid plan. We recommend using the free plan to evaluate the service.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Access to the paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period. No advance notice is required.

Refunds

• First 14 days: If unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription. • After 14 days: No partial refunds are issued for unused periods. • Duplicate charges: We will fully refund any duplicate or erroneous charge. • Service outage: In case of extended unavailability (>48h), we issue a proportional credit.

How to Request a Refund

Email suporte@suardot.com with: • Your account email • Transaction date • Reason for the request We will respond within 5 business days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe or Airwallex) and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Not eligible for refund: • Accounts suspended for Terms of Use violations • Requests after 14 days of subscription (except duplicate charges) • Price differences between plans after voluntary upgrade
