We collect: email, name (via Google OAuth), simulation data (questions, answers, scores), CV data (when submitted for analysis), and anonymous usage data.
Data is used exclusively for: authentication, progress tracking, CV analysis, interview simulations, service improvement, and essential communications.
We do not store credit card data. Payments are securely processed by Stripe and Airwallex, which comply with PCI DSS standards.
Data is stored on Supabase (EU servers). Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
You have the right to: access, rectify, delete your data, data portability, and object to processing. Exercise these rights by contacting: privacidade@suardot.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Simulation responses are processed via the Anthropic API (Claude). Data is not used to train AI models. Data is deleted after processing.
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Data is retained while the account is active. After account deletion, data is erased within 30 days.
